I would go crazy looking at all those cookbooks!!i collect them and have many of them.. but not all these!!! WOW!
Peter Mello, besides the archives, they have a complete recipelibrary that includes all their recipes and recipe testing results, cookbooks - both theirs and others and baking chemistry info. It's actually straight up overwhelming.
